Our clinicians treat childhood cancer at the Bass Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disease at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, located on the campus of Stanford University. It is ranked as one of the country's best by U.S. News and World Report.
The state-of-the-art Bass Center offers comprehensive pediatric cancer treatment in one physical location. Our team of physicians, fellows, nurses, and other staff take a family-centered approach. Each patient is cared for by a nurse coordinator and social worker, who partner with the medical team. Specialists in anesthesia, pain management, nutrition, psychological treatment, rehabilitation, child life, genetic counseling, and fertility all work to support our patients’ health. Our center has been recognized for its leadership in the care of leukemia and lymphoma.
